From an early age Chef Lex was entrenched into the world of great cuisine from all around the world. Coming from a home where both parents cooked every night and dinner around the dining room table was non-negotiable, she developed a passion and emotional connection to the kitchen.
As she got older she realized that not only the kitchen had a pull on her but the emotions that she was able to invoke in those she fed. This is the inspiration behind ScratchEat and every dish produced. It is made with an intense appreciation for quality ingredients, it is plated with pride and infused with a warmth that will uplift you and your emotions.
